CG Atom Bomb

DD54 Forbidden Valley
Remake of MOC20 Darkest Africa.
DG 1959 The Christmas Cha-Cha

In this story he also made a small joke by drawing a caricature of himself on a wanted poster.
Fineart 1981 Silent Night
Remake of WDCS064 and WDCS248.
FG 1945 Donald's Best Christmas
Grandma Duck is presented for the first time (see also WDCS086).
FG 1948 Donald in Toyland
Barks rewrote a manuscript sent to him.
KG 1954 Donald Duck Tells about Kites
Barks received this story which was meant to be an advertisement for three power companies: Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Southern California Edison Company and Florida Power and Light Company. The drawings are similar except for isolated panels specifically mentioning the different companies.
VP1 1950 Vacation Time
At this time Barks began experimenting with his panel layouts in the stories. The standard square panels were broken up into odd-shaped and fanciful ones but always with the purpose of showing the action as best as possible. At times the pages look like jigsaw puzzles but they function wonderfully (see also FC0300).
