This concept idea would most probably have been developed into a 10-pager starring Donald Duck.

The main plot is that of Donald and the nephews taking a vacation in a supposedly quiet motel, but noise drives them away. Later they stay in other motels, but they are all plagued by odd disturbances. Finally, Donald follows the nephews' initial suggestion and go camping with them.
