This concept idea would most probably have been developed into a 10-pager starring Donald Duck.

The main plot is that of Donald and the nephews planning a vacation at an island in the South seas, but their plane has to land on another island. The natives are highly civilized, but at the moment they are celebrating Mardi Gras in weird and horrible costumes, which at first frighten the ducks. In the end all misunderstandings are cleared up.
