When
reading a funny-animal comic book one is never in any doubt as to
which mood the characters are in at any given time - their faces
and body language clearly show it. Barks was unsurpassed in using
both subtlety and exaggeration when drawing the characters' many
moods.

illustrate the characters' ups and downs. Of course Donald Duck's
hotheadedness takes a prominent place among the varied
expressions.
