Synopsis:
Gyro invents an imagining machine by which one can travel wherever he wants by force of thought. Donald and the nephews pop up to Jupiter, where everything is much larger than on Earth!

Comments:
Donald functions as the tour guide on this thought experiment and most of the time he wallows in making his nephews flee from gigantic or scary creatures!

Synopsis:
Donald invents a radar with a screen, through which he can follow the nephews anywhere. But the radar has its flaws...

Comments:
Just as most children the nephews have to do chores around the house. And just as most children they hate it! The nephews repeatedly try to flee from their chores, but Donald is constantly on to the shirkers. In the end they wind up 'paying' for their antisocial behaviour.

Synopsis:
The nephews have turned into soap haters but Donald does not concur. Off to the bath...

Comments:
The determined soap haters constantly try to escape Donald's crusade, and they are successful until they get trapped...

Synopsis:
The nephews swear that they will never again tarnish their bodies with soap. Donald does not agree. A battle of strong wills is about to begin!

Comments:
Once again, the nephews have turned into soap haters, but this time they can flee from Donald into a stronghold of their own. They can even defend themselves from the wrath of their uncle - but not from his craftiness...

Synopsis:
It is the first day after the holidays and Donald discovers that the nephews have run away from home. He goes after them.

Comments:
This was Barks' first school-hooky story out of a total of 5. We follow the nephews' increasingly more desperate attempts to flee from Donald so he won't discover that they are playing hooky - but to no avail. In the end Donald reacts as a responsible parent by bringing them to understand the errors of their ways.

Synopsis:
Donald is the new truant officer and his most important task is to round up his shirking nephews!

Comments:
Oddly enough the nephews know nothing of their uncle's new job, and they happily march off for a day's fun in the snow instead of sitting in a stuffy classroom at school. When they find out Donald comes after them. The fleeing is afoot...

The nephews try to play hooky from school while Donald is at work. But it is not nearly as easy as they thought!

Comments:
Once again, the nephews are playing hooky from school. The twist this time is that Donald has no idea at all that he is on to the fleeing nephews - he is just doing a new job, which coincidentally brings him to the very locations where the nephews are hiding...

Synopsis:
It is the first day of school and the nephews are, of course, playing hooky. But Donald was expecting it. Now the chase is on...

Comments:
The nephews have been preparing their disappearing act for a long time, but Donald is quickly on their trail; he has sprinkled gypsum around the house making their footsteps visible, and he soon tracks the fleeing schoolboys down. When this is done Donald decides to teach his nephews a lesson instead of simply 'rounding' them up!

Synopsis:
Through clever trading, the nephews end up with a ticket to India, which Donald commandeers. During the trip a Maharajah has a task for him...

Comments:
Donald sends his nephews into a forced vacation at Grandma's farm, but they revolt and flee to the liner where they hide from their uncle as stowaways. But their fleeing days come to an abrupt end when both Donald and the ship's crew detect them...

Synopsis:
While on an inspection tour to 1,200 places in 69 countries Scrooge and his nephews discover the mines of King Solomon...

Comments:
The nephews are practicing their bird and animal calls for their Junior Woodchucks woodcraft class. Partly following a number of written lessons they use a special whistle in order to call all sorts of different animals. Some of the time they make the error of attracting wrong and dangerous animals, and in the end everything goes awry and they have to flee to faraway places...
