matter what we do for a living or how well we strive to do it, it
is unavoidable that we from time to time execute actions that we
will later rethink or even regret. This was also the case for
Carl Barks. Although he was always extremely careful as an artist
- and very seldom made mistakes - he would in his golden years
reflect over his former comic book work when approached in
interviews and letters. In some instances he would divulge the
background for making certain stories, in others he would come up
with brand new thoughts.
In the underlying pages you will be presented with Barks' own commentaries on his comic book material.
