Indo-China was the former, official name for a French colony consisting of the modern nations Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. The French rule stopped in 1954, and later the name Indo-China became synonymous with the whole southeast area including Myanmar (Burma) and Thailand. In this story the ducks probably visit Cambodia.
